COVID regulations:

To enter and to leave the Yoga Center you are free to wear a mask or not.

Asana classes

Participation is possible with or without registration. Registration is possible on the website.

Please ensure a minimum distance of 1.5 m when entering or leaving the entrance/exit area of the centre and in the changing rooms.

The yoga teachers are not obliged to wear a mask when teaching.

The Kapalabhati breathing exercise is not practised.

The yoga room will be systematically aired.

Contact surfaces are disinfected daily. There are hand disinfection dispensers in the entrance area and in front of the yoga hall.

In the yoga rooms, a special air purification device ensures clean and fresh air. A combination of special filters, UV-C light irradiation and ionisation destroys viruses and filters out even the smallest particles. The devices have been used in hospitals for some time and are now increasingly being used in universities and schools.
