Join our international standard drop-in-class every Saturday from 4pm – 5.30pm in English or bi-lingual.

The first class is always free of charge.

This class is for students who are already practitioner and would like to continue their practice on a regular basis.


for newcomers

If you are a newcomer to yoga you might enjoy our free of charge trial classes every Saturday between 2pm and 3.30 pm. Here you will get a clear impression of the workings of yoga. We are ready to support you in finding out your possibilities for further progressing in your practice. This class can also be bi-lingual.


The key to mental peace

You are also welcome to join our meditation sessions every Wednesday from 8pm to 9.30pm and every Sunday from 6pm to 7.30pm. We practice silent meditation and mantra chanting. There will also be a short lecture on different aspects of yoga which can be translated into English.

Meditation sessions are free of charge.
